La Mer South is Hayat Projects' flagship standalone residence — a single 8-bedroom beachfront mansion embodying the full Hayat healthy-living philosophy at its most uncompromising. Located on La Mer South's private beachfront in Dubai, this is not a home with wellness amenities. It is a home engineered for longevity.
Every system in the residence has been specified with health as the primary criterion. Circadian lighting throughout responds to natural daylight cycles, supporting sleep, focus, and recovery. Hospital-grade air and water purification eliminate the contaminants that accumulate in standard high-rise builds. Smart health monitoring integrates discreetly into every room — ambient rather than clinical.
The private wellness suite occupies an entire floor: cold plunge pools, infrared sauna, contrast therapy rooms, and a dedicated stretch and movement space. A rooftop meditation pavilion opens to sea views and prevailing ocean breeze. Biophilic interiors with living walls bring the outside in across every living zone.
